Position Overview

Creative Label is looking for an Assistant Project Manager.

Part-time: 20 hours a week is required.

We are looking for a qualified Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The APM is responsible for assisting the Project Manger in all project management aspects of Creative Label.

A bit more about this role:

Depending on where you are located geographically, this role can be either work-from-home or in-person collaboration. You must also have a reliable laptop computer as we will not provide one.

The time commitment requires no less than 20 hours per week. This is a part-time position, working side-by-side with Creative Label’s Project Manager, Amanda Wade (while also working closely with other key members of the team).

We’ll be straight with you: This position has high expectations. But if you’re the person we’re looking for, you’re the type who gets motivated by high expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the project management department
  • Ensuring quality standards are met
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee the onboarding of all new clients that come in from the sales team
  • Assist the sales team in determining pricing, project scope, and project requirements for complex campaigns before contract completion
  • Translate client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams
  • Assist in managing project timelines to provide an accurate picture of project resourcing needs
  • Attend meetings with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables, leading kickoff meetings, requirements meetings, internal review meetings, and prelaunch quality checks
  • Follow up on incomplete tasks or items to ensure project completion
  • Assist in working with internal departments to streamline processes for more efficient executions
  • Help with high-quality client deliverables and error-free launches, campaigns, and deliverables


  • Excellent with collaboration, time management and team management 
  • Strong sense of ownership/leadership, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and multi-task multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Drive, task management systems like ClickUp)
  • Goal-oriented
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to create excitement and a strong sense of urgency when working with new clients

  • You have not read a non-fiction book (or listen to a podcast) about personal development or business in a very long time
  • You aren’t willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
