For this position, you must be local to Phoenix, Arizona. You must also have a reliable laptop computer as we will not provide one.
The time commitment requires no less than 20 hours per week. This is a part-time position, working side-by-side with Creative Label’s Creative Director (while also working closely with other key members of the team).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Creative Director on mood board and shot list build-out
- Call sheet
- Prop sourcing
- Photog/Videos sourcing and booking
- Location scouting and booking
- Product sourcing and booking
- Model sourcing and booking
- MUA and stylist sourcing and booking
- Legal coordination of model releases, photo releases, location releases
- Day-of coordination of all content shoots
- Have a passion for creating beautiful, pixel-perfect visual designs
- Oversee the design direction and development of creative materials
- Ensure brand identity and message consistency across channels
- Build and work with all departments to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Guide teams in crafting and adapting visual style and tone based on audience, channel, and industry
- Inspire clients with innovative, creative and communication that is grounded in business strategy and design thinking
- Be aware of our competitors and our clients’ competitors to create innovative designs and concepts.
- Ensure our design process and methodologies are shared, understood, and used throughout the team
- Be responsible for the creation of detail-oriented shot lists and call sheets.
- Manage the creative process from inception to completion
- Oversee deliverables and budgets
- Meet with clients and upper management to explain campaign strategies and shoot objectives
- Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
- Analyze brand tracking, marketing trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers about project scope and expectations
- Oversee presentation of final concepts, proofs, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Understands the importance of heavy, organized pre-production
- Ability to create a detailed call sheet and shot list
- Agency experience preferred
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team of external and internal designers
- Obtain a visually stunning portfolio showcasing a strong eye, strong storytelling, problem-solving, diverse marketing campaigns – email, social, web, and video.
- Ability to think big and understand complex client needs, thinking both strategically and tactically, going effortlessly from high concept to hard-working detail
- Extensive knowledge of marketing (traditional, digital, and social), brand, and design principles, best practices, and trends
- Ability to leveraging data and consumer insights to inform the brand and creative strategy
- Strong campaign understanding of concepting, the importance of copywriting, and strategy development skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong appreciation for and understanding of the power of delegation
- Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment
