A bit more about this role:
This role is a mix of work-from-home as well as in-person collaboration. You must have reliable transportation and be able to commute within Phoenix, Arizona. You must also have a reliable laptop computer as we will not provide one.
This is a FULL TIME position, working side-by-side with Creative Label co-founder, Aisha Marshall (while also working closely with other key members of the team).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the onboarding of all new clients that come in from the sales team
- Assist the sales team in determining pricing, project scope, and project requirements for complex campaigns before contract completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for account management teams throughout the onboarding process
- Translate client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams
- Project manage and coordinate with branding, marketing and public relations teams, including web design, content, SEO, sales, social media management, copywriting, and account management teams to set up, launch and complete each client’s campaign
- Independently create and manage project timelines to provide an accurate picture of project resourcing needs
- Meet consistently with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables, leading kickoff meetings, requirements meetings, internal review meetings, and prelaunch quality checks
- Follow up on incomplete tasks or items to ensure project completion
- Act as the escalate point for potential project issues and delays
- Manage the project scope and lead scope escalation meetings
- Work with internal departments to streamline processes for more efficient executions
- Partner with the account management team to execute complexly integrated campaigns
- Focus on high-quality client deliverables and error-free launches, campaigns, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager
- Hands-on experience with project management software, like Trello.
- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- Excellent with collaboration, time management and team management
- Strong sense of ownership/leadership, and follow-through
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage, prioritize and multi-task multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, task management systems like Trello)
- Goal-oriented
- Commitment to excellent customer service and able to create excitement and a strong sense of urgency when working with new clients
