Instagram thrives because it continues to improve and modify its app. The posts, reels, and stories allow people to share content and highlight their creative talents. After long requests, Instagram finally did something users have been asking for. On Twitter, Instagram announced it would add an update to Instagram stories that will allow users to store their Instagram stories as drafts. You will be able to create a story and post it at a later time. People can save their content as drafts with Reels and posts but were not able to with stories. We’re so excited about it!
Instagram did not share when the feature releases. But, Alessandro Paluzzi, app researcher, shared prototype photos on Twitter after Instagram made the announcement. The draft’s section will most likely appear in the save section where Reels and posts are. You’ll still be able to cancel your entire story as well.
Currently, the only way to save an Instagram story is to download it. Users are not able to go back into the stories and edit or fix a component of them. That is why this new feature will be incredibly convenient and will make our lives so much easier!
The feature helps offer more mobility in using and editing Instagram Stories, allows brands to post content at the best scheduled times, and craft and spend more time with the content.
Instagram has become such an integral part of sharing imperative messages online. In this time of COVID, we have been able to stay connected with one another and share authentic moments. For brands, Instagram is essential for building community, visual and storyteller marketing, and showcase your creativity.
