Position Overview

Creative Label is looking for a talented Project Manager for our digital consulting agency to work in our fun, fast-paced (currently work from home because of COVID) environment.

This person must live in Phoenix, Arizona area and able to commute to Phoenix, Arizona.

We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of Creative Label. You will be responsible for the day-to-day of building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and new clients, monitoring project process, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met, and communicating project progress back to clients. You will also be responsible for managing the progress of sales, account setup and management, facilitating the transfer of client information and requests to respective development team members. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications, content shoots, content creation, special projects, advertising campaigns, and client forecasts and recaps. You will also be responsible for team management.  Team management includes running and facilitating team meetings and maintaining a record of team numbers.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy and professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

A bit more about this role:

This position is remote. You must also have a reliable laptop computer as we will not provide one.

This is a part-time position, working side-by-side with Creative Label’s Project Manager, Amanda Wade (while also working closely with other key members of the team).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the project management department
  • Ensuring quality standards are met
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee the onboarding of all new clients that come in from the sales team
  • Translate client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams
  • Assist in managing project timelines to provide an accurate picture of project resourcing needs
  • Attend meetings with internal teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables, leading kickoff meetings, requirements meetings, internal review meetings, and prelaunch quality checks
  • Follow up on incomplete tasks or items to ensure project completion
  • Assist in working with internal departments to streamline processes for more efficient executionsAssis
  • Task items to internal team members and clients to ensure the projects continued progress
  • Send meeting notes for transcription and task corresponding items to respective team members and clients 
  • Assist the Project Manager with quality control of each project
  • Assist the Project Manager’s enforcement of communication norms throughout the team and clients to ensure overcommunication.
  • Updating client and project-specific items to the client’s spec sheet

Salary, Hours & Perks

  • You have not read a non-fiction book (or listen to a podcast) about personal development or business in a very long time
  • You aren’t willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
